Our online virtual appointment service gives you video access to our ENT Paediatric Specialist at a time & location that suits you. If you don’t feel well enough to attend the appointment in person or you feel safer in the comfort and convenience of your own home you can book an online appointment.
Any appointment can be attended virtually. When booking your appointment please let the receptionist know that you would like to book an online video consultation. Instructions will be emailed to you after booking your appointment.
Virtual Appointments are made using:
- Zoom App – This can be used on Android, iPhone, Desktop, Laptop, Tablet and more. It will need to be installed on your device/computer and setup. If you need help setting this up please contact us we are happy to help.
- FaceTime – Available for all apple users
Virtual appointments run for the scheduled time and do not incur any additional fees. Attending an online consultation works the same as attending an appointment in person. We can conveniently talk with you about your health concerns, and provide you with a script, referral or medical certificate, without leaving home.
All virtual appointments are private and will be attended by you and the doctor only unless otherwise specified. If you would like to have someone else join the consultation for support or guidance (even if they are also attending virtually) this is also possible – please consult with us first so that we can make the proper arrangements.
